Limited Liability Partnership is considered a hybrid business that combines the attributes of company and the partnership firm. LLP consists of all the benefits and characteristics of the private limited company, however it can be operated flexibly just like partnership firm. Compliances are less in LLP as compared to a company. The partners have limited liability as LLP has a separate legal entity from its partners.

List of Documents required for registration of a LLP:
Obtain Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all the designated partners
Apply for Designated Partners Identification Number (DPIN)
Name Approval for LLP Registration
Propose 2 Names
Propose Business Activities
For Registration at MCA
Promoters Documents:
PAN Card of Directors
Aadhaar Card of Directors
Voter ID of Directors
Passport Photo
Specimen Signature
Bank Statement (not older than 2 months)
Entity Documents:
Rent/Lease Agreement of Office
NOC from Landlord
Utility Bills (not older than 2 months)
LLP Agreement
GST Registration No. (if applicable)
Subscriber Sheet
Other Documents
Proposed Nature of Business
Profit Sharing between Partners
Capital Contribution by all the Partners.
